Every finished ebook starts as one clear sentence: who it is for and what changes for them. “A meal-prep guide for busy parents” beats “my cookbook idea” because the machine — and later, the buyer — can see the reader. Write that sentence down; it becomes your outline brief, your cover brief, and your listing headline.
