Save edits and recover earlier work
Check save status and inspect book history.
Content and title edits save automatically. Unsaved changes or Not saved mean an edit still needs attention. A draft stored on this device is a recovery copy, not confirmation that your account has received it.
If local recovery is unavailable, keep the original tab open. Copy irreplaceable text before reloading or leaving. Retry a failed save and check that its warning clears.
History shows earlier accepted book versions. Undo creates another version rather than erasing history. AI proposals and unfinished generation do not become accepted content merely because they appeared in chat.
What to do
- Keep the affected item open and check your connection.
- Use Retry if the save failed.
- Open History to inspect earlier accepted changes before using Undo.
