Choose and check the file you share

Export a saved version and inspect it before sharing.

Open Export in the book pane. Every book type supports PDF. Written books also support EPUB and DOCX. PDF has fixed pages, EPUB adapts to ebook readers, and DOCX opens in a word processor.

An export is pinned to the saved book version shown beside it. Newer edits are not included. Changing layout settings does not change a previously created file; create another export.

Preview PDF opens the actual saved PDF. Inspect EPUB or DOCX in an appropriate reader. Check all pages, artwork and overflow before distributing a file.

Workbook and activity-book answers may be omitted, appended or exported separately. For public reader downloads, create an eligible copy without answers.

What to do

Finish saving your edits, then open Export.
Choose the format and layout, then create the export.
Preview or download the ready file. Select an eligible file in Publish if you want readers to receive it.
